Products & Sizing

1. Where do your products come from? We are a curator of fine footwear. This means we don’t manufacture the shoes ourselves. Instead, we partner with skilled workshops and artisans to source high-quality, beautifully designed pieces. This allows us to offer you a unique and thoughtfully selected collection, as described on our About Us page.

2. How do I know which size to order? Sizing can vary slightly between different styles and workshops. We recommend checking the specific sizing information provided on each product page. If you are between sizes or have any questions, please contact us before purchasing, and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

3. Are the colors I see on my screen accurate? We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device’s screen settings.

Ordering & Payment

4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe, as well as payments via PayPal. For more details, please see our Payment Information page.

5. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our entire website is protected by SSL encryption. Furthermore, we do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All transactions are handled by certified, PCI-compliant payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to ensure the highest level of security.

6. Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate requests for orders that have not yet entered the processing stage. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

7. When will my order ship? Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping within the United States takes an estimated 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

8. How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to follow your package’s journey.

9. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Returns & Exchanges

10. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

11. How do I start a return? To start a return, please email us at contact@trenziio.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For a step-by-step guide, please review our full Return & Refund Policy.

12. Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
