1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Return Process)

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Step 1: Request Return Authorization. Before sending anything back, you must first contact us at contact@trenziio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Step 2: Package Your Item. Securely package the eligible item in its original packaging.

  • Step 3: Ship the Item. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  • Refund Issuance: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@trenziio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For standard returns based on customer preference (e.g., did not fit, changed mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

8. Restocking Fee

We believe in a simple and fair policy. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the correct item.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the processing and shipping stage. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.
