At Trenziio, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected products in a timely and transparent manner. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT will be considered as placed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Primary Carrier: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our deliveries to ensure reliable service.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: After the processing period, the estimated shipping timeframe is 5-7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combining processing and shipping, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-11 business days from the date of purchase. Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee; delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

4. Shipping Rates & Costs

We offer a straightforward shipping rate structure:

  • Orders of $199 or more: FREE Shipping

  • Orders under $199: A flat rate of $7.99 will be applied.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Sales Tax

Please be aware that prices displayed on our product pages do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process, based on your shipping address. The tax rate is determined by state and local regulations.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery date directly on the USPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

7. Shipping Restrictions

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please note the following restrictions:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

  • Shipments to U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) are not available at this time.

Please provide a valid physical street address for shipping at checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • For Damaged Items: Please email us at contact@trenziio.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • For Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no updates, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with USPS.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@trenziio.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the processing stage.

10. Returns & Exchanges
